Acceptable Use Policy

gradGREENHOUSE.com, its holding company (Saturn V PTE Ltd) and its subsidiaries (“gradGREENHOUSE  ” or “Company”) and affiliates may revise these Conditions of Access at any time without prior notice by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to determine the then current version of the Acceptable Use Policy to which you are bound. Your access to any websites controlled by the Company (the “Site”) and the Company’s facilities and/or services may be blocked upon your notice to the Company that any change is unacceptable.

Terms “you” or “Graduate” as used herein refer to all individuals accessing this Site for any reason.

Graduate Acceptable Site Use

The Site, including without limitation the job posting and resume database features of the Site (“Database“), may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information. The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Site, and all Graduates agree not to use the Site, for any of the following:

  1. Use the Database for any purpose other than as an individual seeking employment and career information, including but not limited to using the information in the Database to sell or promote any products or services;
  2. Post or submit to the Site any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own;
  3. Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity on the Site;
  4. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site’s infrastructure;
  5. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site other than the search engine and search agents available from the Company on the said Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer, Firefox, Safari);
  6. Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site; or
  7. Frame or link to any of the Site content or information available from the Site.

Graduates are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site by methods including but not limited to the following:

  1. accessing data not intended for such Graduate or logging into a server or account which the Graduate is not authorised to access;
  2. attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the system or network of the Site or to breach Site security or authentication measures;
  3. attempting to interfere with the service provided to any other Graduate by methods including but not limited to the submission of a virus to the Site, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “mailbombing” or “crashing”;
  4. sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, or;
  5. forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.

Violations of system or network security of the Site may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Graduates who are involved in such violations.

The Graduate further agrees not to use the Site in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material

  1. in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  2. in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others; or
  3. that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

The Graduate is prohibited from submitting, publishing or displaying on the Site or transmitting to other Graduates, certain information, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it;
  2. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner;
  3. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;
  4. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, libellous, defamatory, scandalous, inflammatory or embarrassing to another Graduate or any other person or entity;
  5. Displaying or linking to pornographic, indecent or sexually-explicit images or statements of any kind;
  6. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site advertisements or solicitations of business;
  7. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site chain letters, unsolicited mass mailing or pyramid schemes; impersonate another person;
  8. Providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files;
  9. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
  10. Provide or link to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone; and
  11. Providing instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Conditions of Access including but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or provide or create computer viruses or pirating any media, or solicit passwords or personal identifying information from other Graduates.

Graduate Transmissions

As a user of the Site, you are solely responsible for your gradGREENHOUSE account information, content, messages or other information that you submit, publish or display on the Site or transmit to other Graduates (“Graduate Content“).

The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by Graduates or endorse any opinions expressed by Graduates. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Graduates will be at your own risk.

GradGREENHOUSE acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of the Graduate Content and has no obligation to screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by Graduates. However, gradGREENHOUSE may review and remove any Graduate Content that, in the sole judgment of gradGREENHOUSE  , violates these Conditions of Access, violates the applicable law, rule or regulation, is offensive or illegal or violates the rights of, harms or threatens the safety of the Graduates. GradGREENHOUSE reserves the right to archive a Graduate Content folder which is not accessed for six (6) months or longer after its last access by the relevant Graduate.

GradGREENHOUSE may take any action with respect to Graduate Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Company or may cause the Company to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers. For the avoidance of doubt, gradGREENHOUSE   does not guarantee access to Graduate Content folders which are archived.

By submitting Graduate Content to any public area of the Site including but not limited to message boards, forums, contests and chat rooms, you grant the Company and its affiliates the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the Graduate Content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such Graduate Content and to grant and authorise sublicenses thereof. You also warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such Graduate Content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above. You also permit any other Graduate to access, display, view, store and reproduce such Graduate Content for personal use. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such Graduate Content placed on the Site retains any and all rights that may exist in such Graduate Content.

In addition, you assume all risks associated with dealing with other Graduates and/or Employers with whom you come in contact through the Site. By its very nature, other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases may be deceptive. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using the Site.

Company Acceptable Site Use

The Site, including without limitation the job posting and resume database features of the Site (“Database“), may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information.   1. Use the Database for any purpose other than as an Employer seeking to recruit potential employees, including but not limited to using the information in the Database to sell or promote any products or services;
  2. Post or submit to the Site any incomplete, false or inaccurate information or information which is not your own;
  3. Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity on the Site;
  4. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site’s infrastructure;
  5. As an Employer posting job opportunities on the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you will use any information regarding any Graduate, disclosed to you by the Company in accordance with the terms contained in the Fee Agreement.

Employers are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site by methods including but not limited to the following:

  1. accessing data not intended for such Employer or logging into a server or account which the Employer is not authorised to access;
  2. attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the system or network of the Site or to breach Site security or authentication measures;
  3. attempting to interfere with the service provided to any other Employer by methods including but not limited to the submission of a virus to the Site, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “mailbombing” or “crashing”;
  4. sending unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or sending unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to any Graduate; or
  5. forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.

Violations of system or network security of the Site may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Employers who are involved in such violations.

The Employer further agrees not to use the Site in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material

  1. in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  2. in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others; or
  3. that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

The Employer is prohibited from submitting, publishing or displaying on the Site or transmitting to Graduates, certain information, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it;
  2. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner;
  3. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that contains any hyperlinks, email addresses, HTML Tags, “hidden” keywords or any keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading;
  4. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;
  5. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, libellous, defamatory, scandalous, inflammatory or embarrassing to another Graduate or any other person or entity;
  6. Displaying or linking to pornographic, indecent or sexually-explicit images or statements of any kind;
  7. Posting to the Site any jobs in any entities in direct or indirect competition with the Company;
  8. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that contains links to any site in direct or indirect competition with the Company;
  9. Posting to the Site any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires up-front or periodic payment, pays on a commission basis only (except for job postings that make clear that the said job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the Engaged Graduate would be selling, in which case such job postings are permissible), or requires the recruitment of other Graduates, sub-distributors or sub-agents; Posting to the Site any jobs for modeling or talent or talent scouting positions;
  10. Posting to the Site any jobs and/or advertisements and/or hiring methods on the Site which are discriminatory in nature and / or devoid of fair employment practice as per the applicable laws, regulations of Singapore and /or Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment and/ or any other rules, regulations and policy framed in this connection by concerned ministry of the Government of Singapore;
  11. Providing or linking to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner;
  12. Providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files;
  13. Posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images; and
  14. Providing instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Conditions of Access including but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or provide or create computer viruses or pirating any media, or solicit passwords or personal identifying information from other Graduates.

Employer Transmissions

As a user of the Site, you are solely responsible for your gradGREENHOUSE   account information, content, messages or other information that you submit, publish or display on the Site or transmit to Graduates (“Employer Transmissions“).

The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by Graduates or endorse any opinions expressed by Graduates. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by Graduates will be at your own risk.

GradGREENHOUSE acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of the job listings and information, content, messages or other information that Graduates submit (“Graduate Content“)and has no obligation to screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by Graduates or Employers. However, gradGREENHOUSE   may review and remove any Employer Transmission that, in the sole judgment of gradGREENHOUSE  , violate these Conditions of Access, violate the applicable law, rule or regulation, is offensive or illegal or violates the rights of, harms or threatens the safety of the Graduates. gradGREENHOUSE   reserves the right to archive a job posting which is not active for ten (10) weeks or longer after its last access by any Graduate or the relevant Employer.

GradGREENHOUSE   may take any action with respect to Employer Transmissions that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Company or may cause the Company to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

In addition, you assume all risks associated with dealing with the Graduates and/or other Employers with whom you come in contact through the Site.
